Mr. Akash Shivhare

Secretary (PEWS & MGI)

A Gwalior native, leads RSKS Group across automobiles, education, FMCG, oil & gas, hospitality, and agriculture, driving major revenue growth. An alumnus of Doon School, Don Bosco, Mussoorie International, IIM Ahmedabad, and XLRI Jamshedpur, he previously worked with Bira91. Since 2007, he has spearheaded RSKS's diversification, making it a leader in lifelong human development. He also invests in start-ups through the group's venture capital funds.

Mrs. Vaishali Shivhare

Vice President, MGI

Born in Jhansi, moved to Indore after marriage. An IIM- Indore alumna, she drives operations and strategy at MGI College. Her vision introduced school education at Malwa Group with Lighthouse Learning (Billabong High & Kangaroo Kids), transforming regional education. A proactive FICCI-FLO member, she champions key initiatives while balancing work and family. She is passionate about empowering women through education and leadership.

Dr. Vikas Manjrekar

Group Director, MGI

Holds a Ph.D. and MBA in Finance from DAVV, Indore. With 38 years in engineering leadership, he excels in innovation and academia, publishing 22 research papers in top journals. His contributions earned him a product patent in September 2023. A mentor to young professionals, he actively fosters research-driven solutions. His strategic vision continues to shape RSKS's growth and technological advancements.

 

Mr. Sattyen Purandare

COO, RSKS

Holds an MBA from DAVV (1996) and brings extensive leadership experience in media and marketing. He held key roles at Rajasthan Patrika, 92.7 Big FM, 94.3 My FM, Dainik Bhaskar, and Bennett Coleman & Co., showcasing his expertise in business development. Known for driving market expansion and audience engagement, he has successfully led high-impact campaigns. His leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing RSKS's brand presence and operational efficiency.

Dr. Ram Prasad Dangi

Registrar, MGI

Holds a Ph.D. and MSc in Mathematics from DAVV. With 19 years in academia and administration, he has strengthened Malwa Group since 2016. He has published 11 research papers and is also an accomplished All India weightlifting player. His administrative expertise ensures seamless academic operations and institutional growth. A firm believer in discipline and perseverance, he inspires both students and faculty alike.
